Cyclone preheaters

Cyclones have been re-designed and improved. Top cyclones can reach 97% settling efficiency as measured in Qatar Plant. Pressure drop of preheater is minimised.
	Lower cyclones are equipped with segmented dip tubes which better resist to chemical wear at high temperatures. Efficient tilt valves and splash boxes participate to the stable behaviour of the FCB.Ciment cyclones preheater
